We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, stock status and prices accurate. If we discover an error after you order, we'll contact you before shipping and offer a correction or full refund.

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include or exclude taxes as stated there.

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed through our secure checkout and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.

Payment methods shown at checkout (such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay) are processed by our payment providers; Delletric never stores card numbers.

We ship to the markets listed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Electrical products must be installed and used by qualified persons in accordance with local regulations and manufacturer instructions. Delletric is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
