Returns & Refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items that have been installed, used, or are missing packaging or accessories may not be eligible.

Email support@delletric.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and a return reference within two business days.

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when the refund is on its way. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

If something arrives damaged or stops working under normal use within its warranty period, contact us with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
